Achille Perilli is born in Rome, 28 January 1927. He exhibits in numerous group exhibitions including his participation in the Venice International Art Exhibition in 1952, 1958 and in 1962 and 1968 with a personal room.
From 1948 to 1986 he participated in five editions of the Rome Quadriennale. In 1963-64 he exhibited at the Peintures italiennes d'aujourd'hui exhibition, organized in the Middle East and North Africa. For his work he became a member of the National Academy of San Luca in 1995 and received the President of the Republic award in 1997.
